In this new video I share with you a beautiful day of photography spent chasing waves all over Kauai on the day of the Eddie Swell. Naomi and I went End to End, from Polihale State Park to Ke’e photographing waves from the relative safety of shore. 

Throughout the video I share with you tips and strategies to help you photograph waves at your local break, or your next trip to Kauai. I’ll also share with you a few of my go to “wave” settings for the Canon R1 and the Leica SL3.

Aloha. I am busy preparing for this year's upcoming Photo Safari in Tanzania during the Calving Season of the Great Migration. This year's safari is gonna be incredible. Aloha. I am busy preparing for this year's Photo Safari in Tanzania and have recently heard from my Asilia guide that the wildebeest have already started calving. This really is the Calving Season of the Great Migration, a time when the mega herds gather in the southern Serengeti. This year's safari is gonna be amazing. And I can't wait to be back in beautiful Tanzania. Here is a video from 2024's safari in the incomparable Ngorongoro Crater.
